Rural Development
of Babimoc
rural planing of Babimoc
Located in the rural landscape of Babimoc, this development is envisioned as a contemporary destination rooted in nature, local identity, and sustainable living. The masterplan brings together hospitality, gastronomy, agriculture, and renewable energy within a carefully composed rural setting.
A defining element of the development is the winery, conceived as both a functional production space and a key visitor experience. It forms the cultural and experiential highlight of the project, linking the site to the tradition of viticulture while introducing a contemporary interpretation of rural tourism. Vineyards, tasting areas, and related landscape elements reinforce this identity and give the project a strong sense of character.
Sustainability is integrated into the overall planning strategy through the use of solar panels and energy-conscious design solutions. Rather than being treated as separate technical additions, these elements are incorporated into the wider landscape and architectural concept, supporting a more self-sufficient and environmentally responsible development.
Babimoc is therefore conceived not simply as a collection of buildings, but as a complete rural destination — a place where hospitality, wine, food, landscape, and sustainable design come together to create a distinctive and memorable experience.
